This sketch was up elsewhere, but I would like to transfer all my images to this blog in time. So here is just a fairy sketch I did a while back. Kinda been lazy today, not really in the mood to do anything new. But this sketch is new to everyone else!
Here is a work in progress of a digital painting Im working on. Its the rise of the undead fly people! Sounds like it would make a great B movie and would of course star Jeff Goldblum. I started with a pen sketch and in process of a digital paint over. I decided to start with a more value oriented paint over and will refine it. Im not sure if I should just move on or try to make this better.
Just some figure drawing practice. I desperately need to practice more figure drawing, its the core blocks that everything I do is based upon. Can never get enough practice at figure drawing!
The Inquisition is back in a post apocalypse future purging the sinful and evil from the world who brought this new dark ages upon mankind. Armed with a wide array of weapons, they bring a burning light to the darkness.
This is an old painting I did that Im throwing up here. I basically did a bunch of small 6"x6" acrylic paintings to get practice with the medium, I also did not want to spend a large amount of time on them either. I was going for more practice than getting hung up on perfecting a single painting.
Here is a sketch of a possible future painting I might do. It is going to be a pilot pinup but I have not yet decided if I am going to take it any further and transfer it to a board. If I did I want to paint it traditionally but in the mean time, its here for now. Maybe in the future it will get painted but I have other projects I am seriously behind on to do first.
Here is a work in progress of another concept for a monster set in a Diablo genre. The goal was for a smaller flying creature, so I went with a floating demonic head. I was thinking perhaps it came from another demon or possessed evil humans after they fell in battle. Kinda like a second monster you would have to fight after killing the first.
Its the 4th of July and who knows how drunk I may be or what I may blow up. So I will post an old sketch and hope I have my fingers tomorrow to draw something new. Happy 4th, and try not to lose any appendages.
Meet Zeus, the cyber psycho. He went in for a cybernetic enhancement and did not come out not quite the same. Now his hobbies involve his forearm tesla accelerator, and his plasma cannon. Lets hope Zeus finds help for his problems.
This guy is like the thinker of apes, he would just sit and stare for a while at apparently nothing. Im very hit and miss with watercolor. I consider this one of my better watercolor studies, and want to continue to do further animal studies.
